The Joint Overview and Scrutiny Review Panel is made up of members from Gloucester City Council and Cheltenham Borough Council, formed to examine matters of shared interest. Currently, its focus is on Gloucestershire Airport, which was jointly owned by both councils and is now in the process of being sold. The panel will review financial and operational updates to understand the airport's position before the sale, and will later consider its future under new ownership.
