The Council decided to approve the Terms of Reference for the Community Governance Review and commence the first stage of public consultation on 12/05/2025. This review will consider the establishment of new town or parish councils and potential boundary amendments for existing ones. The process includes two stages of public consultation, officer review, and final recommendations to be agreed by Full Council.
