Decision

RESOLVED THAT:

1. 1.    the Advice and Inclusion Contract is re-procured for a term of five years from April 1st 2027, with the option of extending the term for a further two years, subject to satisfactory performance and available finance;
2. 2.    the Head of Strategic Housing, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Housing and Customer Services, is authorised to award the contract to the successful tenderer, following evaluation of the bids;
3. 3.    the Head of Strategic Housing (or equivalent), in consultation with the relevant Cabinet Member, is authorised to extend the contract for a further 2 years, following the end of the first 5 years of the service contract, subject to satisfactory performance and available finance.
