To consider the report

RESOLVED THAT:

1. an extension to the management agreement between the council and The Cheltenham Trust until 30 September 2034 is agreed;
2. authority is delegated to the Deputy Chief Executive, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Economic Development, Culture, Wellbeing and Public Realm, the s.151 officer and Director: One Legal, to agree the terms of the variation to the management agreement;
3. new leases of those council-owned leisure and culture venues listed in paragraph 2.4 to The Cheltenham Trust until 30 September 2034 are granted, and authority is delegated to the Director of Construction, Properties and Assets in consultation with the Director: One Legal to agree the terms of those leases;
4. authority is delegated to the Deputy Chief Executive, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Economic Development, Culture, Wellbeing and Public Realm and the Director: One Legal to take all necessary steps and undertake relevant procedures including entering into legal agreements as is necessary to facilitate the extension of the management agreement and the associated leases.
