Purpose

Decision required to approve the disposal by lease, in line with open space, legislative and asset management policies.

Decision

RESOLVED THAT: 

1. 1.    authority is delegated to the Head of Finance and Assets, in consultation with the Monitoring Officer, to consider and address any representations received following the publication of the statutory notice and, subject to that consideration, to finalise the lease provisions and conclude the letting on the terms set out in this report;
2. the Monitoring Officer is authorised to enter into any documents considered necessary or desirable to give effect to the letting, including any Land Registry applications or consequential amendments to the council’s title.
