Decision

To renew the farm business tenancy for further period of 12 months at Hope Farm and Holmlea Farm to the current tenant on the same terms and conditions but separating the two parcels into stand- alone agreements capable of assignment in respect of the landlord.

Reasons for the decision

To maintain security of the site whilst the council's development partner works up proposals for the Golden Valley development.

To generate nominal income.
