Appeals Panel

The Appeals Panel is responsible for hearing and determining any appeals by employees in accordance with the relevant Council procedures. The Panel will also be the investigating committee for the purpose of disciplinary action in the case of an officer covered by the terms and conditions for Chief Executives and Chief Officers where this is permitted by law.
