The Appeals Panel hears and decides on appeals made by council employees, following established council procedures. It also acts as the investigating body for disciplinary matters concerning Chief Executives and Chief Officers, where legally permitted. This panel's work directly impacts council staff by providing a formal process for resolving employment-related grievances and disciplinary issues.
