Resolved
 

(1)           
That the council’s financial management report as at the end
of October 2025 be noted.
 

(2)           
That the Use of Reserve and Grant Funding Requests (Appendix 4 to
the report) be approved.
 

(3)           
That Council be recommended approve the allocation of £1.65m
capital budget to undertake roof replacement works at Castle
Quay.
