Purpose

To request the drawdown of funds from the Cherwell Futures reserves funding for the progression of Cherwell Futures programme delivery.

Resolved

(1)            That the draw down and allocation of £1.1million of Reserves to support the Cherwell Futures project from an earmarked transformation reserve be approved.

(2)            That the use of in year savings of £0.330million from the Customer Front Door Programme to fund additional investment required in new systems and capacity building be approved.
