Purpose

To fill the Liberal Democrat vacancy on the Planning Committee, following Councillor Jean Conway notifying the Proper Officer that she had resigned from the Liberal Democrat Group.

(1)        That, having been notified by the Leader of the Liberal Democrat group, Councillor Dr Faltermeyer be appointed to the Liberal Democrat vacancy on the Planning Committee with immediate effect.

Reasons for the decision

Councillor Dr Faltermeyer has received the relevant mandatory training required to sit as a member of the Planning Committee.
