Resolved

(1)          That the amended constitution of the Council (paragraph 3.2 of the report) and Political Groups (paragraph 4.2 of the report) be noted.

(2)          That the  amended allocation of seats on committees that are subject to the political balance requirements (Table 1 in the report) be noted.

(3)          That the amended allocation of seats on committees that are not subject to the political balance requirements (Table 2 in the report) be noted.

(4)          That the following amendments to committee membership, as advised by the respective Liberal Democrat, Conservative, Labour and Reform UK Group Leaders be noted:

Audit and Governance Committee

REMOVE Councillor Julian Nedelcu

ADD Councillor Dr Kerrie Thornhill
