Purpose

To enter into a Grant Agreement with the
Aspire Educational Trust (Company number 08689696) up to the value
of £964,101.72.
 
The agreement will allow the academy trust to
deliver its extension at Sandbach Primary providing an additional
105 primary school placements and it will include for all of the
associated fees.
