Purpose

To respond to the Notice Of Motion raised at
Full Council on 16th October 2024 which proposed to develop an
agreed framework for delivery of services at a local level. The
framework if agreed would take into consideration the opportunities
that may arise from the devolution and transformation agenda for
Town and parish (local) councils.
