Purpose

This report concerns the announcement of
allocations of a further year of UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF)
with a budget allocation to Cheshire East of £3,790,237 for
25/26. It outlines recommended measures to ensure the Council can
deliver impactful initiatives utilising the funding and seeks a
decision from Corporate Policy Committee to recommend to Full
Council on 26 February 2025 that the 25/26 grant allocation is
accepted, that a programme of initiatives to be funded is approved
and that delegations are put in place to enable agile fund
management.
