Purpose

Being satisfied that traffic
should be restricted to facilitate works, to give public notice of
and make a temporary 40mph speed limit order under s14 of the Road
Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and all other enabling
powers to restrict traffic on CHESTER ROAD, PLUMLEY from the
boundary to Chester Road, Tabley Inferior. CHESTER ROAD, TABLEY
INFERIOR from Chester Road, Plumley to the junction of Flittogate Lane, Pickmere and from Monday 21 July 2025 to Friday 1
August 2025 for a period of 18 months or until the works have been
completed, whichever is the sooner.
