Purpose

To approve the payment of £268,135.85 +
VAT to Everybody Health and Leisure to fund the 3G pitch
replacement at Shavington Leisure
Centre as part of the approved capital investment programme
(Environment and Communities Committee, 11th March 2024
– Appendix C.

The replacement pitch was more expensive than
initially planned (£250k), however this cost was offset
against the Nantwich profiled expenditure which came in under price
and was authorised by Tom Shuttleworth. 
 
A report updating on the progress of the
operating agreement will be shared with committee which will
provide an update on the investment schemes.
