Purpose

Being satisfied that traffic
should be prohibited to facilitate works, to give public notice of
and make a temporary road closure order under s14 of the Road
Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and all other enabling
powers to prohibit traffic on Moss Lane, Brereton from the junction
of Brereton Heath Lane to the junction of Smethwick Lane for a
period of 18 months or until the works have been completed,
whichever is the sooner.
