Purpose

The Corporate Policy Committee, at is meeting
on 14 April 2022, considered a report on the
Wilmslow Town Centre Business Improvement District and the
Committee’s resolution at 4a allows the decision taker to
authorise updates to the legal agreements to
facilitate the BID, in this case the Wilmslow BID Baseline Service
Statement.

That the Standard Services set
out in Schedule 2 to the Wilmslow Business Improvement District
Baseline Service Agreement, between Cheshire East Borough Council
and Groundwork Cheshire, Lancashire & Merseyside be updated and
the agreement be re-signed and re-issued as updated.
