Purpose

The Economy and Growth
Committee at its meeting on 30 November 2021 considered a report on
the Domestic Adaptation and Retrofit Procurement and resolved to
delegate authority to the Director of Growth and Enterprise to
award and enter into a Framework agreement with a single,
successful, supplier who meets the procurement criteria and the
requirements of the Framework.

This Officer Decision
Record (ODR) has been published retrospectively as part of an
Internal Audit review of ODRs. The decision has already been
implemented; Members should note that the decision will not be
subject to the 5-day referral to Council period.
 
To award and enter into a Framework Agreement
with Upholland Property Services Limited who meets the procurement
criteria and the requirements of the Framework for the Supply and
Installation of Level Access Showers.
