Purpose

Being satisfied that traffic
should be prohibited and reversed to facilitate works, to give
public notice of and make a temporary road closure and temporary
reversal of one-way system order under s14 of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and all other enabling powers to
prohibit/reverse traffic on the below mentioned roads within
Cheshire East for a period of 18 months or until the works have
been completed, whichever is the sooner.
