Purpose

This report seeks support to procure a strategic partner to support the Council in the development of credible and high quality propositions, aligned to local and regional priorities, to maximise the opportunities for Cheshire East via the new Combined Authority powers and funding. The report also seeks support to commission an integrated housing, regeneration and infrastructure masterplan for Crewe, to position and evidence Greater Crewe as a major economic opportunity for the sub-region.
