Purpose

The land acquisition compensation (Rule 2) has previously been settled with the Claimant with full payment made in respect of this element of claim in relation to The Cheshire East Borough Council (A536 Congleton Link Road) Compulsory Purchase Order 2016.

This final compensation settlement is for disturbance (Rule 5). The Council will also be responsible for the payment of the usual professional fees (being the Legal and Surveyors fees).
