Purpose

1 This report updates Joint Committee Members on changes to the Enterprise Cheshire and Warrington/Marketing Cheshire budget forecast arising from increased funding being provided, primarily from central government departments. The report also covers the implications of this additional funding for the ECW/MC business plan that was approved by Members at the Joint Committee meeting on 30 March 2026.
