That the outcome of the Regulator of Social Housing Inspection be
noted.
 

2.  
That the Regulator of Social Housing and Tenant Satisfaction Action
Plan, as set out in Appendix 2 of the officer’s report, which
sets out the continuous improvement activities to meet the Consumer
Standards, be endorsed.
 
REASON FOR
DECISIONS
 
It is important that Members are aware of the
outcome of this inspection, and the plans for continued
improvements in services to satisfactorily meet the Consumer
Standards set out by the Regulator of Social Housing.
