That it be recommended to Full Council:
 
That the Senior Pay Policy Statement for
2025–26, as set out in Appendix 1 to the officer’s
report, be approved.
 
REASON FOR
DECISION
 
Approval and publication of the report enables
elected members of Chesterfield Borough Council to comply with the
requirements of the Localism Act 2011 and with the Local Government
Transparency Code 2015 relating to the pay of its Chief
Officers.
