*RESOLVED

 
That it be recommended to Full Council:
 

1.  
That the Statement of Principles, as set out in Appendix 1 of the
officer’s report, be approved.
 

2.  
That authority be delegated to the Service Director –
Leisure, Culture and Community Wellbeing, in consultation with the
Cabinet Member for Health and Wellbeing, to make any minor changes
that may be required to ensure the principles remain relevant until
the next formal review in 2028.
 
REASON FOR
DECISIONS
 
In accordance with the Gambling Act 2005, the
Statement of Principles is required to be reviewed and published
every three years.  The last Statement
was published in 2022, so this latest edition needs to be approved
and published by the Council in 2025.
