*That
the Application for a New Premises Licence by
Mohammed Imran in respect of The Spire Fryer, 27 Stephenson Place,
Chesterfield S40 1XL be granted in accordance with the application,
subject to:
 
(a)  The relevant mandatory conditions set out in the
Licensing Act 2003 (as amended).
 
(b)  The conditions set out in the operating schedule
submitted with the application.
 
(c)  The condition that there is no on-the premises sales
of alcohol and that the sale of alcohol is through delivery only
and must be delivered by a delivery driver either employed by the
Applicant or employed by a third party or self-employed and engaged
by the Applicant or a third party for the purposes of providing a
delivery service.
 
(d)  That the late-night refreshment licence is granted
between the hours of 11pm and 4am.
