1.  
That the revised Freedom of Information and Environmental
Information Regulations Policy be approved.
 

2.  
That authority be delegated to the Cabinet Member for Governance to
approve minor amendments to the Freedom of Information and
Environmental Information Regulations Policy in between formal
review periods.

To meet the requirements of the
Freedom of Information Act 2000 and the Environmental Information
Regulations 2004.
