Executive Director and Service Director -
Leisure, Culture and Community Wellbeing have taken the following
decisions:
To approve the proposed joint Community Grant Fund Guidance
document for 2025-2026.
To continue the governance arrangements for the community grants
fund for 2025-2026 in line with the Chesterfield UKSPF Investment
Plan as approved by Executive Director, and Service Director -
Leisure, Culture and Community Wellbeing (in consultation with the
Leader and Section 151 Officer) on 15th March 2023.
To allocate £100,000 of CIL Neighbourhoods funding to the

Alternative options considered
To deliver the two grant streams
separately:
This could limit match funding and distribution of funds across the
borough, and would make the process more complicated for
organisations to bid into.
