Executive in consultation with the Leader and Deputy Leader of the
Council to finalise and submit Chesterfield Borough
Council’s response to the statutory consultation prior to the
26 March 2026 consultation deadline.

DECISION
Local government reorganisation

Responding to the consultation on all five proposals for Derby and
