1.  
That the Climate Change Delivery Plan for 2026 – 2028 be
approved.
 

2.  
That authority be delegated to the Director for Policy,
Communications and Local Government Reorganisation in consultation
with the Cabinet Member for Climate Change,
Planning, and the Environment, to make amendments to the
delivery plan between the formal review periods to improve
operational effectiveness, and respond to best practise and/or
changes in legislation and guidance, benchmarking, and emerging
technologies.
 
REASON FOR
DECISIONS
 
To provide a clear statement of
the delivery milestones and measures required to maintain progress
on the council’s climate change commitments.
