Purpose

To complete the procurement process for the
NEC PM and QS roles for the Revitalising the Heart of Chesterfield
project.
To enable the NEC PM and QS appointment to take place in advance of
the RHOC main works contract tender return, so that the appointed
consultant team can support the tender evaluation, contract
negotiation and award process.
To deliver outputs at pace through the award of the Levelling Up
Fund grant funding.

Content

The Service Director for Economic Growth
has:
Appointed Bentley Project Management (UK) Limited to provide the
NEC Project Manager (NEC PM) and Quantity Surveyor (QS) services to
the Revitalising the Heart of Chesterfield (RHOC) project for the
duration of the main works contract, including the tender
evaluation and contractor appointment process, up to the end
defects period / final completion (RIBA stages 4 – 6);
and
Accepted the fee proposal of £187,250 and will enter into a
contract for the delivery of those services.
