Decision

RESOLVED –

1. 1       That the new Animal Licensing Policy for Chesterfield be approved and adopted.
2. 2       That the amendments to the Fixed Penalty Notice Policy as required from the introduction of the new Animal Licensing Policy be approved and adopted.
3. 3       That the Director for Leisure, Culture and Community Wellbeing in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Health and Wellbeing and / or the Cabinet Member for Climate change, planning and the environment, make any required minor changes to these policies to ensure they remain relevant to resource availability and the ambitions of the Council.
