Purpose

To formally amend the boundaries of the land required for adoption in accordance with powers delegated by G375D, authorising approval by the Service Director of Economic Growth.

Decision

To approve the inclusion of the subject areas of land referred to in the report in a Section 278/72 agreement to adopt the land as public highway.

It is not judged that there is a plausible alternative option to be pursued other than to do nothing.
