Purpose

To enable effective delivery of projects in
line with the investment plan. Specifically, this relates to:
•The lack of take up of Decarbonise Grants and the high demand
for the small business grants.
•Underspend following procurement of the Green Skills and
Digital Upskilling projects and the opportunity to deliver further
activity in the Future Skills Development Fund.

Content

•To approve moving £50,000 of
funding unspent in UKSPF14 to UKSPF13 (Business Growth and Low
Carbon).
•To approve moving £12,500 from UKSPF18 (Greens Skills
Upskilling - £2,500) and UKSPF19 (Digital Skills Upskilling -
£10,000) to the Digital Futures element of UKSPF17 (Future
Skills Development Fund) to enable further training outputs to be
delivered.
