*RESOLVED

 

1.  
That the Housing Service Customer Vulnerability
Policy, attached at Appendix 1 of the officer’s report, be
approved.
 

2.  
That authority be delegated to the Service Director
– Housing, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for
Housing, to approve minor amendments to the Housing Service
Customer Vulnerability Policy in between formal review
periods.
 
REASONS FOR
DECISIONS
 

1.  
The adoption of the Housing Service Customer
Vulnerability Policy will ensure that the Housing Service has a
clear, consistent policy to support vulnerable tenants.
 

2.  
The Housing Service Customer Vulnerability Policy
will ensure that the Council is compliant with the Regulator of
Social Housing Consumer Standards.
