To enable effective delivery of projects in
line with the investment plan. Specifically, this relates to:

The lack of take up of Decarbonise Grants and small business
grants. The decarbonisation project at Northern Gateway Enterprise
Centre will reduce energy costs for up to 32 businesses located at
the centre.

Content

To approve allocating £65,000 of capital
funding unallocated in the Decarbonise Project (UKSPF14) and the
Business Growth and Low Carbon Project (UKSFP13) to deliver a
decarbonisation project at the Northern Gateway Enterprise
Centre.
