The Constitution

The latest version of the Constitution is available on the council’s website. An annual report is taken to Corporate Governance and Audit Committee to detail any minor amendments made under the Monitoring Officer’s delegation during the year. Any other amendments to the Constitution are taken to Full Council to be agreed.
