Purpose

RECOMMENDATIONS TO COUNCIL
That Cabinet recommended to Council:
a) The adoption of the Housing Enforcement Policy 2026-2031 at Appendix 1.
b) That delegated powers are approved for the Divisional Manager for Housing, Revenues & Benefits, following consultation with the Cabinet Member for Housing, Revenues & Benefits, to make minor amendments to the policy.
