Approval of winning provider following tender process.

Decision

RESOLVED:

1. 2 That Cabinet delegates authority to the Director of Planning and Environment, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Environmental Strategy, to approve:

a. the contract with Contractor B, subject to the satisfactory completion of due diligence checks; and

b. the content of the contract in respect of the possible inclusion of the offence within Table 1a of Appendix 3 and then complete the contract with Contractor B.
