1. 2 Cabinet recommends to Council:

a) To approve that budget is allocated from reserves, as set out in appendices 1 and 2 of this report (part II exempt information), for a property purchase for short-stay temporary accommodation, (subject to the Council’s bid being accepted and the conditions at Para 2.6 being met) and,

b) In the event our bid is accepted, officers to progress Heads of Terms, commence due diligence and progress planning, before reporting back to Cabinet to agree exchange of contracts and progress to completion.
