Purpose

The report requests agreement to enter into a Deed of Variation to the Inter Authority Agreement for Solent Local Nutrient Mitigation Fund Projects to reflect changes to the pricing structure. The report also seeks delegated authority for the approval of future deeds of variation

Resolved:

1. 2 That Cabinet approves that the authority enters into a Deed of Variation to effect changes to the Nutrient Mitigation Inter Authority Agreement (IAA), as set out in Schedule 1 of Appendix 1
2. 3 That Cabinet delegates authority to the Director of Planning and Environment to enter into future Deeds of Variation to the IAA, in consultation with the Council’s Section 151 Officer and the Cabinet Member for Planning.
