Purpose

Revocation of the St Pancras Air Quality Management Area because air quality there is now compliant with the Uk Air Quality Objective for which it was originally declared.

Decision

Resolved:

That Cabinet resolves:

a) The St Pancras, Chichester Air Quality Management Area be formally revoked by Order,

b) Air quality monitoring continues in the area previously contained by the St Pancras Air Quality Management Area and,

c) A draft Air Quality Strategy is developed and adopted to replace the extant Air Quality Action Plan by the due date of February 2027.
