Decision

Resolved:

1. 2 That Cabinet approves a budget of £2,000,000 from Community Infrastructure Levy to fund Infrastructure Business Plan project IBP/287 Coast Protection – Selsey Coastal Scheme in 2026-27.
2. 3 That Cabinet delegates authority to the Director of Planning and Environment, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Environmental Strategy, to expend the budget approved in 1.2 above, subject to assurance from the Environment Agency that the CIL spent will count towards the 10% contribution for the Main Selsey Scheme.
