Position statement with regards to the erosion and flood defences at Selsey

RESOLVED

1. 1.    That Cabinet approve the Position Statement on the ‘Current Approach, Flood and Erosion Risks and Responsibilities in Managing Selsey’s Aging Seawalls’ (Appendix 1).
2. 2.    That Cabinet note the possibility of coastal defence failure along the Selsey shoreline and subsequent risks of flooding and erosion.
