To request funds from general reserves to pay appeal costs awarded against in respect of the planning appeal at Inlands Road, Southbourne

Resolved:

1. 1 That Cabinet:

a)  Notes the Planning Inspectorate's decision to make a partial award of costs against the Council in appeal APP/L3815/W/25/3372880, and

b)  Approves payment of the appellant’s appeal costs of £99,000 from General Fund Reserves.
