Purpose

Proposed updates for Cabinet to recommend to Council to amend the Constitution with regards to Licensing and panel membership.

Decision

Recommendation to Council:

1. 4 That Cabinet recommends to Council that it approves the amendments to the Constitution, namely those set out in Article 13, Part 3 and Part 4, as shown in tracked changes in Appendix 1.
