Decision:
 
That Approval be granted for
the contract award to Suez Recycling and Recovery, commencing 1
April 2025 following a competitive tendering exercise.
 
Reasons for decision:
 
Executive Cabinet agreed on 10
October 20204 that the contract award be delegated to the Executive
Member (Resources).
 
A successful tender exercise
has been completed in compliance with procurement rules.
 
Other
options considered and rejected:
 
To not agree the contract award
would fail to comply with the Council’s procurement
rules.
