body-worn cameras, overt CCTV to enhance enforcement
capabilities.

a consistent and modernised approach to tackling environmental
crime.

To standardise FPN’s amounts across
organisations to make them fair and consistent and increase the
fines to strengthen deterrence and reflect how serious these
offences are.
