Purpose

Following the approval of the sub scheme of
delegation last month, clarity is required on the functions for
making Tree Preservation Orders in both councils. This should fall
to the Heads of Planning and Enforcement and so needs to be added
to the sub scheme.

the sub scheme of delegation for the Planning and Property
Directorate.
